Ian Penney

Ian is one of the most recognised paper-cut artists in the UK and has exhibited work all over the world. His first exhibition at the blackShed was the Harlequinade in 2016, proudly their most successful show to date.  Ian also featured in last year's Winter Giant themed Battle Arts Festival. He continues to be represented by the Rebecca Hossack Gallery in London.
